Short Fiction

Throughout my life I have writtten short stories and novella. Many of these, like many of yours, will never see the light of day in the current condition; however, I am working on rewriting a few - and also, some of my plays are being recast into novels and novella, particularly In the Eyes of the Species, Cutting the Cheese and An Outing in the Wilderness (not on line yet, due to an electronic crisis necessitating retyping - the joys of computer crashes).

But I encourage you to read Cutting the Cheese in its novella rendition. It will give you a peak at Gay Community life you have never suspected - and if you are Gay, take a good laugh at ourselves.

Cutting the Cheese
To the Novella

Life in the Gay set couldn't be funnier and more self-teasing. It is the meeting of the Gay & Lesbian Activists Association of New Hope and Solebury (GLAANS) at the posh estate of Roy Outenbrugge; and DO the boys and girls Act Up. A queer mix of fun folk, ready for a rumble is put into a comic tizzy with the arrival of an expected guest, with an unexpected effect.
